Meet the Pastor

 Pastor Peter is an Ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church and has been in pastoral ministry, appointed by the local bishop, since 2007. He holds two Master’s degrees, one in the Old Testament from Claremont University Graduate Center in California, and the second is a Master’s of Divinity from Palmer Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. He became the pastor at RUMC in July of 2020. Prior to Pastor Peter answering God’s call to ministry, he spent most of his life in the corporate world. He was involved in E-Commerce as well as having started two separate companies and coaching a number of start-up companies. Pastor Peter has been married to his wife, Lori Jo, for over 25 years and has three children and six grandchildren.
